This 27-inch warming drawer allows you to slow cook beef and poultry, keep dishes warm after cooking and proof bread. Slow Cook Function cooks food slowly at a low temperature for flavorful braised meats and vegetables. Food Warming lets you warm multiple dishes at once. Bread Proof Function promotes rise of yeast doughs.

Sensor Temperature Control

uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to help prevent food from drying out.

Humidity Slide Control

Helps retain the flavor and texture of different foods by letting you control the amount of moisture inside the drawer.

Slow Cook Function

Can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries.

Food Warming Function

is designed to maintain cooked food at an optimal serving temperature ranging from low to high. It can warm multiple dishes at the same time.

Bread Proofing

provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.

Two-Position Rack

can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks.
