When it is important to focus only on cooking operations, you can activate this function. The AUTO aspiration system adjusts automatically to the number and power of the used cooking zones.

Bridge Zones

The special Bridge Zones can work both individually or combined for a more homogeneous cooking using both baking pans and large pots. Thanks to this technology it is the hob surface that adapts itself to the type of pots being used.

Pot Detector

NikolaTesla helps you save time and money. It lets you know when a cooking zone is on but not being used, avoiding wasted energy and automatically turning on a cooking zone when it detects a pot.

Ready to Connect

Some Elica products are equipped with sensors that connect them to the SNAP device. If necessary, the hood automatically activates the SNAP to amplify its filtering power in case of heavier cooking, or simply to purify the ambient air after cooking.

Revolution Filter

This filter is suitable for the most challenging cooking environments, given its superior ability to filter and purify the air. The new Elica technology is able to achieve filtering thresholds of 82% against the market average of 60%. It can be regenerated for up to 3 years.

Stop&Go

If you are interrupted whilst cooking, or you have to go into another room, or you just want a break, with just a single movement, pressing the Stop&Go button, you can switch off all the cooking zones and you can walk away with complete confidence and safety.

Temperature Manager

The cooked dishes will always be perfect when you use this function that lets you set the hob with three programmes (42, 72 or 92 degrees). The temperature settings have been optimised for both very delicate cooking (mousses, sauces, keeping dishes warm) as well as cooking at high power (boiling).

Technical features

The aspirating system, positioned in the central zone, reaches high performance levels,in terms of fume extraction, noise level and energy efficiency. Thanks to the direct communication with the cooktop, it is able to receive information from the cooking zones, and automatically calibrates the ideal aspiration level, so that the user only needs to worry about cooking, while at the same time reducing energy consumption.

The command is 10 speed touch control, that allows you to adjust both the cooktop and the aspirating zone.

Available in both aspirating and filtering version,the cooktop was thought up for any type of space, and thanks to a series of accessories, it can meet any installation need.

In the filtering version, the high performing new generation ceramic odor filters are accessible from the top part of the cooktop, making cleaning and maintenance a cinch.

The grease filter grid and the filter itself, are characterized by exclusive design, with attention to every detail.
