I found this company when searching online for Wolf and Miele Appliances in my area. I was very pleased with their product knowledge and patience. Their price was the same as Tasco but we loved our experience dealing with these guys and bought a Pro Range, Sub Fridge, Miele Dishwasher. All is working well and kitchen looks great. I purchased a newly constructed home so naturally I needed everything, new fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer. I went to Best Brand Appliances and was not only amazed with the size of the facility but the selection and pricing was phenomenal. I met with Josh and he worked with me to get the appliances that I wanted to fit within my budget.

I was extremely impressed when Best Brand called me the day before delivery to confirm the address and time and the guys showed up right on time.

Upon delivery I noticed a scratch on my oven, I called Josh up and he made sure to make everything right, I literally had a new oven send to my home right away. That's extremely good customer service.

I recommend anyone needing new appliance to go to Best Brand, they are in a class of their own.

I have purchased a new home and have been doing extensive reserch on appliances and where to buy them.... Turns out that I received exceptional service and best price from Best Brand. I extend my most sincerest thanks to your entire team and specifiaclly Josh, Sam, and Ari.... Dealing with proffesionals like you have made this purchasing expierience absolutely perdect... I have dealt with all 3 indivudals on seprate occassions and they were all willing to help and assist, no matter when the purchase was made or which salesman made the sale!!! They just want to help! best brand appliance showroom is huge, this was the first thing we enjoyed right away, I shopped around and they have the most selection of brands, but i already knew I wanted Miele and Dacor wall oven, Josh and Sam helped me out a lot, Sam is so funny and friendly, Sadly I was told prices are the same all over with Miele and Dacor but I did get a good discount on Electrolux Laundry set.

My Wife and I were actually at a restaurant when we heard a couple speaking about best brand appliance and we were renovating our kitchen so I looked them up and we took a visit to them. Make a lomg story short, someone else will now here me speak glowingly about them. There price was almost a thousand dollars lower then my other quote and absolutely nothing was sacrificed, the service from start to finish has been A ++++. Thank you Sam, you really are a great person first :) and the best Appliance salesmen second. Will recommend to everyone, by the way the delivery guys are the best - took there info if I ever need personal work. Be back soon

The Showroom is like the size of a walmart, and the atmosphere is wonderful very happy with my purchase, the delivery was amazing - real Professionals. Will be back for my Wine fridge shortly, thanks again !!!

I WENT TO A FEW STORES APPLIANCE CANADA AND TASCO AND THEN HEARD FROM A FRIEND ABOUT BEST BRAND APPLIANCE *WE ENDED UP PURCHASING THERMADOR APPLIANCES AND WE ARE SO HAPPY I WENT TO YOU GUYS, SERVICE WAS AMAZING ( APPLIANCE CANADA I GOT A PAGER AND HAD TO WAIT FOR 30 MINS AND BEST BRAND APPLIANCE GAVE ME A COFFEE AND DIRECT SERVICE, PRICE WAS BETTER AT BEST BRAND APPLIANCE BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND GAVE US TIME WITHOUT RUSHING US, DELIVERY GUYS WERE AMAZING AS WELL. JOSH THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE SERVICE I WILL BE SENDING MORE PEOPLE.

My husband and I purchased our appliances through best brand appliance, we were helped by Marc and Sam who were amazing. Aside from recieving best price from this company, the whole experience from start to finish was unbelievable and I felt I should write a review to let others know. I sent my sister n law to them as well who also purchased and had an equally fantastic experience.
