Thanks David and Mark for making my Appliance experience an amazing one !. Appliances look fantastic, the delivery guys and installer were exceptional. Thank you also for your design suggestions (you were absolutely right about the hood and microwave!) I will refer everyone I know to best brand appliance !!!

As far as service, selection, and standing behind a product, there is no better company to deal with than Best Brand Appliance.

We purchased an appliance over 1 year ago, and were experiencing a number of problems with it. Josh, without any hesitation worked with the manufacturer to get us a replacement and make sure that we were 100% satisfied.

I would only recommend Best Brand Appliances.

Absolutely Great experience, was reffered by a colleague who told me not to bother going anywhere else. Giovanni is an amazing appliance guru and helped us a great deal find the right product and not only was there price the lowest, but Giovanni was the least aggressive salesperson of any of the 3 companies we went to (probably doesnt have to be with those prices :). They beat our lowest quote by $1120.00, Was a little nervous that there prices were so low, but low and behold we got delivery yesterday and not only was everything perfect their delivery company was exceptional, actually helped me move a couch to the basement. What a company !!!!, wouldnt be surprised to see best brand appliance locations all over Canada soon, dont see how there competitors can compete with them. Thanks Best Brand Appliance !!!!

HEY GUYS, I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT I ALSO DO NOT SPEND OVER 26 THOUSAND DOLLARS EVERYDAY EITHER, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SHOWROOM, SERVICE AND ALL AROUND STAFF. JEFF ( MY HUSBAND) REALLY LIKED JOSHUA'S PATIENCE AS IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO CHOOSE THE APPLIANCES, JOSHUA WAS VERY KIND AND WORKED BACK AND FORTH FOR OVER A MONTH BEFORE WE DECIDED. APPLIANCES DELIVERED ON TIME AND THE DELIVERY CREW AND INSTALLER WAS AMAZING. I AM WAITING FOR MY OLD WASHER TO DIE BEFORE WE WILL BE BACK FOR A NEW WASHER AND DRYER.

I myself grew up in a family run business, I always enjoy a personal purchase with good service, dealing with the public in a retail store I know when I am being sold just to make a sale and when the sales staff care about the customer needs, These guys care!!! Thank you David for helping us choose the design of the kitchen, It was a big purchase * 33,000 and I could not of asked for better service.

P.S delivery guys were amazing!

TOOK DELIVERY, BUT HOOD WAS NOT WITH REST OF APPLIANCES ALTHOUGH IT WAS SHIPPED TO US THE NEXT DAY, THAT WAS THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD. THERE PRICING WAS AMAZING AND SERVICE WAS AS WELL, OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE, GERALD AND AL WERE WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH, VERY KNOWLEDGABLE.
